I always lean more towards function over form.

235/35/19's are close but they're 1.54% larger than the stock 225/40/18's. 275/30 is actually 2.13% smaller than the stock rear 255/40/18's.

By going with the 235/35/19's in the front and 275/30/19's, you're reducing the front to rear stagger overall stagger from about 1" to nothing. This might lead to negative consequences with the traction and stability controls, which are calibrated to the stock diameters.

If it were me, I'd go with 235/35 and 265/35's.

I think you're going to have a lot of rubbing. If you want 245's up front, go with 35 series tires instead of the 40's.

I had PS2's on my previous car (BMW Z3). They have amazing traction, and are a great tire if performance is your goal, but they also wear very quickly and are magnets for road debris.

It does sound like you are leaning towards a more luxurious driving experience, though.

Sure. Judging by the wear I had on mine after 10,000 miles (at which point I traded the car), I would say I had at best another 5000 miles left.

I can vouch for that. 15K is about what you should expect with these tires from my experience. The PS2's are great tires, but I also heard many positive things about the CSC3's. I read European reviews that say the CSC3's are a vast improvement over the CSC2. For good ride quality I would consider CSC3 or perhaps Yokohama Advan Sport, but I think you would be happy with either of these.

Wow, tires cost a lot over in Saudi Arabia. Personally I would have gotten the PS2s, but I hope you enjoy what you did get.

PS2s were for 1866, both dealers changed their initial quotation due to different stock! the cheap offer i got on the CSCII earlier was because they were manufactured at 2005
