I think that is a great idea. Does it disable the airbags? What do you think about long term structural degradation?

Lambo on a four door???? See thats the problem with the IS.... Too many people get a hold of them and wanna rice them out like they were a rich kids civic... They ARENT guys, these are entry level luxury sport vehicles... Just my opinion... end rant.

 

The guys warned you.............Do you really want to get and weld hinges on your 2IS? This car is gorgeous as is (with alittle rims, drop, tint, and a kit) with its STOCK doors. Good luck and keep us posted.

 

Wouldn't you have to do some major metal cutting on your car, around where the new lambo hinges would mount, to allow for the door to move upward?

 

lambo doors are for lambos, as halo lights are for bimmers.

if you plan on using your car as showcar, then go for the lambo doors.

 

I'd do gull wing instead.

If u want a show car then do this. But do it after the rims, exhaust, drop, body kit, sound system....
