Agreed. This is the first car that had everything I wanted. Lots of toys/features on the inside, sporty look in a 4 door, power/speed, and of course Lexus reliability. I just can't find anything bad to say about this car. Surprised they don't make or sell more of these, though in the metro areas they are getting to be popular like the 3-series.

Not yet. A couple more weeks. But I've been bugging the local dealership since the spring, so I've been around plenty of ISes already without owning one. Hmm...does that make me an IS stalker or something?

 

Yes. BUT 'stalker' is subjective as to weather its good or bad.

 

I get addicted to it when i see another 2nd gen IS on the road and i go, 'Damn, i'm actually driving that sexy beast!"

I don't think any owner is immune from this addiction, was driving down 101 spotted another IS happen to exit on the same turn-off, caught the other driver also checking my car as I was looking at her's. We just laughed as we both realized we were doing the exact same thing as we drove off.

 

Ive been driving my car for the last week. Ive had it for 3 months but just got back from overseas. I have just a basic 250/lease and I love everything about it. 3 days ago i went to the movies with this lil chica Im seeing and I caught her staring at my car in the parking lot. I to couldnt help but stare!

 

When I wake up, i get a smile, cause i'm like, yep getting into the IS Makes going to work fun and not depressing

 

i love my car too! Everytime i park and walk away from the car, i always look back and smile.

 

I got the same love everyone has here for their 2IS. I love taking off the car cover in the morning when i'm about to drive my IS250. It kind of feels like christmas, so eager to unwrap it and play with it.

I also love how everytime I approach the car, the puddle light automatically comes on. It's like the IS250's way of saying "hello!"

 

I know, its like it has a personality and greets you!
