Got my set. Thanks for this DIY. I will be studying this very carefully. I did by SC and that required drilling holes and that was not easy, you needed a angled drill due to lack of space. I ended up borrowing from my co-worker.

I can not wait!

My set is coming from Sewell. As well as the others who have purchased from the same vendor...

I miss Sewell...

This install won't be as difficult for you then. Just getting the accelerator pedal assembly is gonna be quite a task. Also best to try and not drop that 10mm nut into the carpet insulation. There's a wide gap right under that top nut area where it can easily fall into. I would suggest blocking the gap with painter's tape or something coupled with a magnet bolt picker tool just for extra measure. GL.

Thanks for the tip on the gap. What size of nut is it, 10mm? I can not wait to get my set.

I like it a lot! I have the set on my SC as well. Thanks for the inspiration. I must remember to put tape on the hole so as not to lose the nut.

The clips stayed on the footrest, which was fine. I took the clips off the new foot rest an shoved it right there...done.

Tomorrow I will tackle the gas pedal install.

Thanks for the many tips on this thread.

I can not wait.

Well I thought I had a set of the universal flexible socket adapter, could not find it last night! I tried the normal one, that is a beatch to get into, let alone turn. I quit, I need to get a set of the flexible adapters!

Tip, put double sided tape on the socket so you not lose the bolt...!

A friend let me borrow a 3/8 Universal Flexible Adapter. FAIL, I could not get it to work.

Dropping by the store to get a ¼ set! I am pretty sure I will knock it out.

I do have a bruised rib trying to get it done last night, it does not help if you are a bit tipsy!
