Headlamp Overlays

I was thinking of putting the Optic Blue Aerotect headlight overlays on my ride is it legal in california. Last thing i need is a fix it ticket,

You should be fine. Cops probably wont even see it.

Yea theyll never know you have it while the headlights are on, you cant tell they are any bluer. Now while they are off, they are a very subtle blue... I think youd be fine.
