People just need to learn to chill out. I would say at least twice a month someone will cut me off and then proceed to give me the finger. Excuse me!!! Who is cutting off who??? Sorry for being in the space you wish to occupy.

Best thing is to just drive to the nearest police station. Nav should help you find it. Probably a voice command for it. Once you pull in there they will probably just keep going. If you can get their lp# while driving.

only one story for me, a bunch of BROS in a lifted DODGE RAM truck were tail gating and cut me off on a 2 way road and began throwing cans and trash at my window,it was 3 of them and 4 of us in my ride so we went for a few miles honking and talkin madness and as soon as the road reached its end i pulled up next to them and we got out of my car we started walkin towards the truck and they didnt even want to get off they were just talk ish from inside theyre monster truck, freakin lame asses had no ***** , so they took off and that was that, i thought it was funny that they didnt want none after they seen my 6'2 270lbs asian homie, and my cousin who is also pretty much the same size,as for me and my friend, we are a bit smaller 5'7, 200lbs ...

Anybody else notice these posts are mostly from people in states with strict gun laws?

I wouldn't do that crap in Georgia. They might very well have a gun in the glovebox (legally) and decide you are threatening them. Not a pretty sight. I'm so glad I left CA! People here are MUCH more polite.

Mount a Nathan K3LA AirChime under the rear end. Of course you need a lot of air for this, but, IT WILL make them soil their pants!

Or, just keep a bag of roofing nails in the back seat and throw a hand full out.

Cheers,

You guys must not have very good lawyers. I was "accused" of cutting this lady off in traffic causing her to take evasive maneuvers ultimately resulting in her having an accident. Her insurance company (GEICO) filed a lawsuit against me even with witnesses in the car that was hit and an investigation by 6 officers saying I was not at fault.

Lesson learned is you cannot take evasive action without setting yourself up for legal action. I had nothing to do with the accident but I did learn no matter how large the vehicle let them hit you and call the police and your lawyer. Better to clearly determine who is at fault that have to go through what I did.

After this incident I am exploring how to get another backup camera to mount in the front grill of my IS and DVR my daily drives to work. Anyone else exploring this possibility?

This one looks interesting;http://www.polarisusa.com/cgi-bin/vi...mplate_id=2038

Yeah, but I think you can get concealed carry licenses anywhere, there are just more hoops you have to jump through.

A few days back I was minding my own business in the front of a turn lane off a local freeway. Made the turn and started heading up the road at near the speed limit of 35 (I was probably doing 40). I look back and I have a Chevy pickup with 2 young "punk" looking dudes in it ridding my butt. Long story short, they guys start getting aggressive so I switch to "avoidance" mode and actually start turning onto roads I don’t need to be traveling on (more roundabout way to get home), they start following me around. Of course I’m using the superior advantage of speed to stay in front of them (not even allowing them to get next to me on 2 lane roads). They are clearly disgruntled behind me. At one point I thought they were going strait as I turned right onto a freeway. I turned onto a freeway, traveled 5 miles down in and got in a turn lane off thinking they were long gone. Took the turn and next thing I know they had indeed decided to follow me and had gotten next to me at high rate and slammed over in front of me, spitting on the car as they did.

Funny, I really have no idea what caused this considering we were all in rush hour traffic in almost the entire event.

Friggen weird.

Had I seen them following me on that longer route, I would have dialed 911 on my cell.
Are you sure that wasn't just a dream. I only see these things in the movies.

I had a guy try to hit me (on foot) with his car in a parking lot because he felt that I took a turn too slowly when he was behind me. His buddy in the passenger seat thought it was really funny that he almost hit me. They didn't think it was so funny when I broke his rear side window, so they took off.

HAHAHA...you never lived in California. CCW? NEVER unless you are a cop. There were a total of SIX in all of Sacramento County, about 1.5M people, who were not cops.

Yea, in Sacramento it is really hard to get a Concealed permit. I remember some rural sheriff used to give them out easier, but still.... Here in Oregon they are easy to get and so people are a bit better with their aggressive gestures.

I did get flipped off by a Cali PT Cruiser on I5 in Oregon today, anyone notice that PT Cruiser drivers are definitely some of the worst? Fortunately with my tinted windows people are usually decent to me because they can't see how many people are in my car.

instead of speeding up for ***hole drivers, i slow down drastically and give them the one finger salute until i turn off or they have had enough. don't get into a wreck trying to speed up for ghetto pieces of trash.

When I lived in CA in the bay... I don't think it was that bad.. but when I moved out to AZ.. It just went all bad. People seriously do not know how to drive. A little while back I think AZ was noted as one of the top 10 of road rage drivers in the nation. Plus when I went to traffic school here for a speeding ticket (from a cop who was hating, it was obvious he signled me out) this was over a year ago, but I think 3 cities in AZ were in the top 10 in the nation for running red lights.

I'm not Mr. Perfect when I drive.. but i'd say 90% of the time when i'm driving i'm a "defensive" driver.
