Default Scratch marks in paint

So I washed the car today, and noticed up close that there are very fine scratch's throughout the entire car, possible swirl marks. The color is Obsidian black.

This is not noticeable unless you are about 6-12" from the car. I went and bought some Meguire's Scratch X, actually worked pretty good. But some are still there.

Any ideas? Or should I just head into the dealer.

Did you call Meguiers? I've found them very helpful with advice.
I usually start with Meguiers #9 scratch and swirl remover. There ScratchX may be similar.
If the first application got most of the spots you may only need to try it again.

The car is only a week old, about 80 miles on it.

I will call Mcguires and ask. Thanks
