Question lexus survey
since i bought my car over a month now, i have not received the survey. is this unusual? think the dealer confiscated and fill it out themselves?

nope it takes from two months to three months. I bought my car on nov30 and received the survey on February

yeah i had a terrible experience and want to let lexus know about this particular dealer.

they usually tell you to bring it back to them and they give them self a good review and they will give u a gas card. thats why i use to do that the car dealer ship

Mine didnt give me that option. I probably would have depending on how much the gas card was for!
