Key Transponder Scratches?

I don't really care about the transponder that much to really notice. It has scratches all over. I throw it around all the time just as I do with my keys. I come home, boom, I throw it on the table. I dropped quite a few times already. Just like my cell phone. I don't take care of it because everything is prone to scratches. Now I got a crack on the front display. No big deal though. Everything still works like a charm.
