There is one drawback thou going the full sounds route, all the amps/spkrs add weight. All show no go BUT you will be king DJ of the parking lot

hehe, weight is definetly a concern with a full show install...though i think after remving everyhting in the trunk, we perhaps only gained 100 lbs or so, since a lot of it, other than the floor, is 90 pecent fiberglass

if you go through my site, (www.simplicityinsound.com) you uwill see most of my installs are the daily driver type, with a lot less weight gains hehe...

The o/e tweeter housing is too small for any aftermarket replacement. I was educated that a pair a good tweeters will not lose its sound quality if there is no intererence of any blocking object to the ear, and luckly those 2 spots near kickpanel have good angles to both front seaters without blocking.

Sometimes I think the best speakers are a pair of nice headphone by the ear. No blocking sound, just the pure feed.

Wow Joseph, I agree with everyone, amazing!

You hit it perfectly by keeping it classy and clean.

I think you will be good in the show and go department, what's a little weight

yes, i can say with confidence DLS is a SQ brand, heck last years IASCA finals, we wont 5 out of 8 total classes in SQ

very smooth speakres, and high quality amps/subs etc...

our direct competitors are focal, morel, dynaudio, rainbow, avi etc etc...with the sound being closes to morel perhaps

i went on the DLS website and found a dealer around my area. Are all dealers experienced lol? How is the DQL-8? Should i consider the rockford 3sixty?
