The Offset is 45 all the way around. Yes they are only 19x8 and not staggered but I prefer un-staggered wheels for rotation purposes due the amount of driving i do for work. Here are a few more pics from the people who requrested them.

nice.

good to know that someone in an is350 is running an unstaggered set (and not getting flamed about it), since if i were to go w/ aftermarket rims/tires i'd go w/ an unstaggered set too.
