Just came across a company which makes iPod integration modules & also car pc interface modules. (Note: I'm not affiliated with them or anything, was just looking at car PC's when I came across it). Anyways, they have them for Toyota/Lexus/Scion (also other car makes). I'm not sure if its better then vaistech unit (the iPod one), but for the price might be worth checking out. Website says its available in July so it should be available sometime soon.

I think this is mostly for audio (winamp/wmp) integration from a laptop/carPC thru USB interface.

 

From the features list, it doesn't look as good as the Vaistech. For starters, it doesn't mention using the CD text feature to display song title and artist information on the display or nav screen.

Wow thats PC interface looks pretty cool though... Especially for the price.
