all i have to say is holy *****. when i seen the 1st pic i was like ok wants that bad(but it still was bad) then #2 just killed it. hope everything works out

Looks pretty bad, but on the brighter side, no powertrain damage. Cars aren't meant to be new for long. I went to the beach a couple of weeks ago and made a sharp u-turn in a blocked off area. Well, I rammed into the curb and took a small chunk of rim off!!!! Big thump, but luckily, the tires didn't burst and the rim was still intact. Now, there's an ugly chip on the front passenger wheel. I'm glad it didn't damage the tire pressure sensor behind the valve stem. That would have triggered the stupid light to come on and it's more money to shell out at the dealer.

 

That Sucks, I am glad to hear that you are okay - looks like you were pretty lucky.

Not to hijack the thread, but my car's going into surgery next week.

It took the insurance company a MONTH to sort everything out .

OMG... you torn your car... Ouch... Glad you are all okay though.

 

I guess you have insurance, so it won't be so bad. But for situations like this, is there any possibility of compensation from the local government or transportation department, etc?
