Red Interior!
Most likely not.
That color has been available to the Japanese IS market since October '05. It hasn't changed, and it will most likely not change for the U.S. if it does come over.
Here is a pic of a Pebble Beach Edition SC430 that uses the same type of red leather:

sorry i dont like it, lexus copied ford
Philip, while I do agree that Lexus does have a red interior, the red we see in the IS in the first two pics are obviously seat covers. Not only is the workmanship shoddy, but the first pic showing the front seat also shows that the passenger seat and the rear seats are both black.

But have you checked your rear seats? They're held down with some velcro. Try it; the OEM leather cover peels right off. Start at the fold between the seat and back...
If the cover was put on correctly, there should be no wrinkles.
It seems like the OEM red leather covers were put on by the owner of the car, not the factory. That's why it looks imperfect...
I am an owner.
I did not think that it got into the news here.
This is a seat cover.
I think it is still unusual also in Japan.
An actual color is beautiful a little more.
The photograph is too dirty.
It is not dazzling either.
However, I want to install it a little more beautifully.
