Default What loaner car did you get?

What loaner car did you get when you brought in your car for service? I dropped of my IS250 this morning and they gave me a Hyundai Azera. I am not happy. I thought you get same/similar or higher level vehicle as loaner? Anyway, now I am missing my IS...

My dealer always gives me a brand new ES350. I've asked for a GS but they only have a few on the fleet and they're always loaned out. The last ES I got actually had nav and all the extras! They don't do any IS' for loaners because they're too fast, at least the 350.

Which dealer did you go to? So far, I have gotten ES and RX. I normally go to either Keyes in Van Nuys or Glendale Lexus and both dealers have Lexus loaners only.

Well, did they have any loaners left? Did you make an appointment ahead of time to check and see if they had any loaners available? I know that some dealers rent you a car at Enterprise if they run out of loaners. You really can't blame a dealer, it's not a big deal anyways, the car gets you from place to place.

I've had an IS250, RX330/350, ES330/350, and Camry everytime I get my car serviced (I have a good loaner hook-up for all my maintenance issues... ).

The 5K service took like 30 minutes. Did you really need a loaner?

... Or is this a different service you're talking about? Or did I get screwed out of certain checkups at my service?

Loaner protocol differ between each dealership.

My dealership gives you a loaner if you:
1) have an issue that will take more than 2 hours to address, or
2) if you spend more than $200 for your service, or
3) if it's me or my family...

My dealer (Ray Catena) offers a choice of a late model ES350, IS250 AWD, or RX350.
