haha ya its a lot of work. I like to keep them in chinese for my winamp, so i have to copy > paste into another folder and than change them.
Most of my Jpop and Kpop are already in English, so they are easy for me to burn.

Oh man thats awesome!!! Now thats how it should have been! Yea but sitting there desoldering and soldering all those LEDs would suck and take forever! Plus if you messed something else up youd be done for. That and try reversing that mod if you ever had to take your nav unit to the dealer!

white would be a better match. It would at least match with the dials and the white borders on the navi screen.
the green didn't really match with anything except for maybe a few of the lights (like the park assist light) on the instrument cluster.
OP, do you have a link that shows how the guy in japan did this?
