Default Lease Trader ?

I am thinking about getting out of my 06 IS350 for a little bit, to save up for the IS-F or something else. Does anyone know Lexus's terms for changing hands on a lease?

To take over a lease, you must call Lexus Financial and have them send you a lease-transfer packet. Inside that packet you will receive a credit report form. You have to send out that form to the potential buyer and have them fill it out and send to Lexus. Only if they have the same or better credit will Lexus let you transfer paperwork. If they pass, then Lexus will send you the paperwork to do the responsibility transfer. This process takes roughly 30 days just to let you know.
