It could be the exhaust pipes bouncing and hitting the bumper. From what others have said there is a lot of "play" in them. I'm not sure how fast you are going over the bumps, but it could be plausible that this is happening.

Try this, while driving over the bump step on the ebrake a little. I tried and it doesn't happen, and I took it to Lexus and they told me that it is because of the two emergency brake in the back is causing this and he told me its normal. So he basically didn't do anything about it, and yes it is very annoying

This is an issue my car is currently at the dealer for. I could of swore I saw a TSB for a seat click. Can anyone help me find it? I want to send it to the dealer and see if it applies to my car.

Ya I definitely hear this on my IS only when the windows are down though. It sounds like a click clack noise coming from the rear tires, its VERY annoying...

Ya kinda suk, but that's something we can't do until they have a TSB for it or maybe they will never had one... I did try using the ebrake and drive over bump, there's no clicking sound if I press the ebrake but who the hell will do that lol

Well I came back from the dealer and the click I had turned out to be my passenger seat back clicking. Sounds different from your clicking noise. Mine was caused when someone sat in the passenger seat and you went around a turn or over a bump. The dealer is replacing my passenger seat.

if your car is lowered, the clicking could be the top two coils touching each other when you hit the bump. my current integra does this lowered on eibach prokit springs.

I never thought about the passenger seat, I will drive around and see if it only happens IF there's a passenger...

Angry Rear click/rattle

I had the rear clicking problem when I go over bumps, too. When I went to the dealer, they said they couldn't hear it. Then I went back, and they said they did hear it. I was told it is "normal," and they took me out in a new IS to hear it. They said it was the suspension. However, when I called corporate to *****--I don't see why a brand-new car should make a noise over every damn bump--they said it was the calipers. BS.

I have an IS250 AWD. I had a slight "tic" noise from the right rear when going over bumps at low speed. They just fixed it today, and told me it was an adjustment in the emergency brake. I have just under 1K miles. Anyhow, no more tic! (but it took them about 4 days - they even replaced the strut first, to no avail)

Do you know what kind of adjustment they did? So when I take it in I can tell them what's wrong with it (those techs are idiots)
