Rusty Discharge
Does anyone have rusty-like fluid coming out of their exhaust? My exhaust pipe (drivers side) has a dried puddle near the end and a streak of this stuff in the inner exhaust.
It does come off when i wipe it off though!
Is this normal?

I guess it's kinda related but when I stopped by my lexus dealer (Lexus of Englewood, NJ) I've noticed a bunch of 05-06 vehicles with rusty mufflers and exhaust tips.
on topic, I believe your discharge is of no concern because my ex gf does the same thing.
it occurs because of the metal wire holding together the fiberglass stuffing in your exhaust to muffle the sound.
it's also the reason why your exhaust is so damn heavy.
