An after-market exhaust will definitely not void your warranty if you get it installed by a Lexus dealership.
However, I believe that if you install it yourself or have anyone else besides a Lexus dealership install it, it'll be a hassle when any problems occur with your engine.
When you take your car in to a dealership to get your car fixed, the dealership will make all kind of excuses using your after-market exhausts to not have the car repaired under its warranty.
But if you can prove that the after-market exhausts didn't cause the problem, you are good to go.
Hope that helped.

But if you have multiple Lexus dealerships near you, I would call around for price quotes, and then choose the best deal.
From what I've read on these forums, a Lexus dealership will charge you only a bit over your local auto shop.
Oh, and don't forget to ask the dealerships if they will honor your car's warranty after the installation.

the only way the dealer can void your warantee is if that said after market part was the direct reason the part in question failed, they can't void your wanatee if one of the camshafts get messed up because of an exhaust, basically two cans and a y pipe. exhaust is just a few screws and hangers, will not take more then 45 minute to put on. my 2 cents and my experience based upon my own vehicles and those within my family with slight mods to them.
