i want to put these rims on my 2nd Gen GS.
Is the bolt pattern for these rims 5 X 114.3 (4.5), and how wide are these 7.5 or 8.

What is the widest tire i can put on 7.5 width and on 8...

 

yes the bolt pattern on mostly all japanese cars is 5 x 114.3..including the IS and GS...I think thats the IS250, so the width shouldnt be anymore than 7.5 or 8 in. I dont know why you'd wanna put those wheels on a GS since they only come in 17's...the GS will look like ***** with 17's on them, but if you do..you can probably go up to 9 inches, but then you might have rubbing issues

 

Get a set of the stock ISx50 wheels...they are 18's and will give the GS a more sporty look.

 

Obviously you are after comfort those wheels are 17 x 8.0, lexus recommends 225/45 R17 90W at the front and 245/45 R17 90W at the rear

not 100% sure about the bolt pattern but I would reckon that they are 5 x 114.3

I have those wheels and I would have replaced them for 19s but that is not an option for a daily driven car over here

 

Those are indeed 17x8, and are a 5x114.3 bolt pattern, like most Toyota vehicles.
