Yes. It is plug N play for all '07 model. Just installed mine 3 weeks ago. Bought them from Luis @ Carson Toyota. Took me less than 10 minutes to install. Pull the old ones, plug the harness, and snap back new illuminated scuff plates. When you pull out the old ones, pull from an angle. From inside out, then pull the outer doorsill upward.

I see you have the premium package - on the '06 models, it was plug and play. Have you installed this on a non-premium '07 IS? I think that's what everyone in this thread wants to know...

I think you can get non-illuminated aluminum plates for the rear.

I have prem package. BUT talked to Luis and he confirmed ALL '07 models, regardless of option packages, ISP are PNP.

Only the fronts ones are illuminated. You can buy the rear plates with "Lexus" but they're not illuminated. No wiring to the rear ones per Luis. Rear plates $64 each + tax @ Carson Toyota.

My bad. Apparently rear plates are aluminum plates without "lexus" per IS2506spd.

I just installed mine tonight. Took me less than 10 minutes. It was super easy, especially once I got the first one done. They look awesome. Cant wait to show em off!

Thanks for the info - I love Luis, L-Tuned and Carson as much as the next guy, but he's not a Lexus tech or a dealer. They're only a Toyota dealer who retails Lexus parts. They wouldn't know if it's a plug-and-play installation more than any regular joe off the street. Anybody on this board actually installed Illuminated Scuff Plates on their non-premium package '07 IS?
