how, if you did, get them to be the same on each side then? any dimensions of lengths of the sides? I really do like them. Great Job!

I voted not for me. I have a BWB color. It has to match the color and I don't think it will compliment my car. It will look nice to black or dark color cars.

well all i did was machine cut the vinyl so that you have a straight edge on one side. lined that edge up with the point where the hood touches the front bumper...(center of the car) lined it up to go across the bubble right above the low beam.... (you could feel it on the headlight housing, like a cliff it drops in a circular motion above the low beam) then just flattened it all out... took a razor and followed the outside of the housing (top portion) and then from the vertical yellow amber light there is another indent... almost as if it were a line to guide you letting you know where to cut.... started from the edge...carefully cut a straightline from the edge of the housing all the way down to the cliff at the low beam... and that's it.

i actually did this about a month ago to ONE headlight... i used a large sheet of paper, and cut the paper into a template. that prevents the possibility of hitting your headlight with an xacto blade.

back to the results. it looked like crap because i used the stick on vinyl window tint. With the lights on, it glowed purple. eew. i also tried it on the fog lights... it made them look really cool with the lights off, but same thing as above, purple glow. plus it pretty much rendered the fog lights useless with the amount of light it blocked!

if you are doing just the eyelids and you have a dark color. it looks great! other than that, it probably won't look all that great, even if it was color matched.

nice... but i checked it at night... don't have any different colors coming from it... you can't even see it when the lights are on from a distance... only time you could see it when your up close and fortunately for me it's just pitch black on it...no light illuminating through it at all

It's not for me, because I think the shape of the headlights on the 2IS actually looks perfect as it is, which is something rare for cars these days.

...however, I think you did do a good job.
