Default Detailing Grille

Anybody come up with a good tool to clean between the blades of the grille and the honeycombs of the lower grille?

3 options I have:
1. Just cross-cut (1cm-by-1cm half way through only) a hand size spong.

2. Sometimes I use a soft 2in wide paint brush. Get it from dollar store, trim it to the stiffness you need, and use duct-tape to cover up the metal part on the brush to protect accidental scratch.

3. Pay $$$ to get full car detailing. <-- I am sure this one save a lot of time.
