Default Steering wheel vibration

I have a slight vibration in my steering wheel around the 75 mph range and can see the vibration when looking at my rear view mirror. Is this normal? I did bend a rim not too long ago, but rotated it to the rear. Would this cause the vibration or is it something more serious? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

yeah, I had steering wheel vibration too several months ago on my GS. I went to alignment shop to balance tires, they told me I had one badly bent rims, and other 3 rims were slightly bent.. after I replaced all 4 rims no more vibration.

I dont think there is anything to hide the bent rim but to replace it or get it fixed... good luck.

If they can't rebalance it, sounds like you may need a new rim. Got any pics of the bend in the rim?

I had this same issue.

I bent my rim and had a shimmy in my steerling wheel. Actually, when a passenger sat in the car they could really tell the difference. The bend on my rim was so small that you couldn't notice it till they tried to balance the tire I guess at a slow speed.

Come to find out it was on the inside of the rim, I wish I would have taken a picture it was so slight that the weights the put on the rim wouldn't balance out. Anyway, my dealership was kind enough to replace the rim and let me tell you the drive was like night and day..!
