CALIFORNIA Tints

If I get limo tints all around, is this a moving violation for california? Or a fix it ticket? I tried to look this up but came up with nothing. If someone is for SURE about this question, please reply back.

That is where i got the moving violation idea. Thanks for the info guys, im going to tint my baby darker than dark tomorrow.
