Oh, for a more reasonable example of what the lights look like is the 1st picture with a 1/60 shutter speed and not much other tweeks with the photo.

What kind of bulbs do you need to do all of that?

Everything you ever wanted to know about lighting, and then some:

I just did the dome lights, vanity mirror lights, trunk light, and puddle lights. All blue, except the vanities (white).

Canon makes great cameras, btw. I swear by them. I started with a powershot G2, then an s30, then an s1 is, and now an s3 is. I really like the image stabilizer lenses, they let you go 1-2 stops slower than you should be able to do freehand. With concentration, I can shoot 1 second exposures without a tripod, no blur.

Yes I love my Canon, I had a Minolta before and it was great but the Canon just is much better and lets you have so many more options! Its amazing the kind of pictures I can produce from the tiny little camera its great

I bought a bunch of LEDs from V-Leds and they all suck. Extremely dim, total waste of money.
What kind of LED did you get for the dome light?

For the back seat lighting I used the 9 LED Festoon ones, for the Front Domes I used the 5-LED Refractors and they look good.

He just needs to change them from blue to white and it will look very nice. The brightness is awesome and it should get better with white LEDs.

I thought about getting the white LED's but I got one for the trunk and loved that. However, I already had the great white lights on the sides for reading if needed but I wanted to set my apart from all the normal ones, being 17 my tastes are much different than many of those that buy a car such as this but I freaking love them and so do my friends!
