So what was your next vehicle - I am curious to see how you got 3 car seats to fit in the backseat. How old are your kids ???

too bad.
it's interesting b/c i was actually looking to pick up the mazda6, repeat mazda & volvo buyer here. then along came the revised IS. and i had to spring for it. in the end. the IS was only $6K more than the mazda6 i wanted. both cars are head-turners if done properly.

Start saving for the next one. I used to save tons of dough on overseas deployments... Bought two cars that way.

I definitely felt your pain when I traded in my 05 Subaru Legacy GT, but the worst thing was that I actually had a chance not to trade that in. After a while, I found out that I loved that car so much but I could never get that back. Yet luckily, I ended up with an IS350 and I swear that I will NOT make the same mistake again!

BTW, PM sent...

Like what others have said.... a car will only be a car.. feel glad that you took this decision than going through a lot of other stress with keeping the car..

Take care.. n all the best...

Mazdaspeed 6's are pretty nice cars though, wouldn't mind driving one myself. Can you tell us what your driving impressions are... handling, ride, steering, etc. Did you look at Evo's or Subies or anything else?

And don't worry about not having much to post here... look at my post count.... i've never had a Lexus as my daily driver and i'm still hanging around here nearing 1000 posts... clublexus is a great place, and probably the best general Car Chat out of any forum i've seen.

Sorry to hear it, but it's certainly better than having your (ex)wife drive your year old TT Supra into a wall in an at fault accident. $14k down the drain on E-6 pay. Yes it hurt too.

And thank you for your service, I know better than most what it means.
