Default Can we fit 4 wheels and tires in our car?

Hello,

Well I need to take my wheels and tires that I bought to a shop to get them mounted and installed. One of my friends was suppose to help me out but he flake, so I'm curious has anyone fit (4) 19" wheels and tires (separately) into the car before?

Wondering if this is possible...

Thanks,
TJ

I fit 4 17" tires (unmounted) and 4 18" wheel/tire combos in the car at the same time. There were 2 of the 17" tires in the trunk and the remaining 6 stacked up in the rear seat. I would think that you would be able to fit your wheels and tires as well, but may need to use the front passenger seat as 2 19" tires may not fit in the trunk together.

yup...stack the wheel on top of the tire in the front passenger seat (put the seatbelt on so it doesnt go flying into your windshield). Do the same in the rear passenger seats. Now the trunk you have lay the wheel and tire side by side to make it fit....but then again this is all theorectical

yes, you can fit 3 of the 19's in the trunk, 1 19 in the rear and probably 2 tires in the rear and the other 2 in the front seat.

I have scuffed interiors of prior vehicles trying this very task.

IMHO, Our cars are too immaculate.

I would not want to take the chance, use another vehicle or make two trips. Good luck.

I would trying standing the 4 tires up across the back seat, on towels or a blanket of course. One rim on the floor in the front seat, another on the front seat and 2 in the trunk.

No way 3 - 19" rims fit in the trunk, unless you took them out of the box and risk scratching or dinging them. 2 G-spyders (18") in boxes barely fit in my trunk. IMHO, I wouldn't cram the wheels & tires in the IS. Even if you get it there, how will you bring the old ones back ? The old ones will be extremely dirty with grease & brake dust - do you want that smeared all over your IS interior ???

i had my 19;s out of the box. i went to pick them up from getting re-finished. i put 3 of them in the trunk. i had all 3 wrapped in towels and made sure to put other soft objects between all 3 so they wouldnt bump against each other. i put the fourth in the back seat wrapped in a towel and buckled it up, hehe. i imagine you can put 2 or 3 tires in addition, depending how you arrange them and the 4th in the front seat.

it seems people are forgetting the OP said wheels and tires separately, not mounted. when i get mine i'm gonna have them shipped to wherever i'm going to get them installed. and then find someone else to bring my old ones back home.

but seeing as that isn't possible, (assuming in box) i'd go with 1 of each in the trunk, 2 in the back and one in the passenger. should be able to fit. can't guarantee your interior will stay nice and clean though.
