I don't know if they will die when you flash your high beams. I have not tried them. Anyone has?

Yes I just ordered the bulbs and changed them in my car after I read this post. The daytime running lights are still the same when the low beams are off. Once you turn on the low beams the daytime lights go off and the little light that you replace with LEDs goes on. Once you put on the high beams everything is fine and none of the bulbs burn out.

This is the link for the bulbs. They are 9.99 and take about 3 to 4 days to get to your house: http://frickinbrite.com/catalog/prod...products_id=67

The install is very easy and took me about 15 minutes. You have to first take off the 3 plastice covers. 2 on left and right side of engine and one in front of the car. Once you take them off there is one cove on each side of the head light that cover the bulbs. Just take them off, take out the original bulb, put in the leds and put evertyhing back together.

168/194

I bought the PIAA hyper white 2 led bulbs at first. They arent that bright, but the color is whiter than the 5 led refractors from VLED which is bluer

So what led for city lights would be a good match up 6000k hid? Piaa or V-leds?

Has anyone tried autolumination? They sell some great leds, and in various sizes. Had friends tried them on their car but yet to see if anyone on here used them!

I have XenonDepot 6000K and VLED 5 LED refractor. I'll post the pic this weekend (hopefully), then you can decide yourself. But, I think it's blend really well becuase the VLED refactor does have a little "blue" which matches really well the 6000K Kit.

Nuster, sorry to be a pain, but can I request another pic? If you could take one from the front without using a flash (to get a more realistic shot of what the lights look like) that would be awesome. In those pics it appears the 5-LED refractor are slightly bluer than your 6000Ks, but may be less noticeable in real life. My 6000Ks are on the way and I'd really like to get some LEDs in time!
