Default Smart Key Question

In the instruction manual, it says that people with pacemakers should not go within 6 or so feet of the car doors because the car emits some sort of frequency that may be harmful to people with pacemakers.

Does this also apply once you are inside the car? Also, if the car is started normally (by putting the key in the ignition), does that disable the harmful waves?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Ok haha sorry. This was originally posted in the lexus LS430 forum, and i thought I'd give it a shot to post it in here since this forum generates more traffic.

What page in the manual says that?

The smart key uses the same technology as EZ-pass toll booths, and I've never heard of a pacemaker patient keeling over after driving through one of them.
