Default IS300 to IS250...

My '01 IS300 was totalled in March. I'm looking to get into an '07 IS250 within the next 5 months or so.

Who else has gone from an IS300 to an IS250? What're your impressions coming from a previous-generation IS?

I have a first gen IS and also went out to get a 250. My impression of it is ok. Seems like same horsepwer to me. Nothing different except its a newer model and better interior. What are you trying to look for?

Overall performance in terms of handling, braking, acceleration, etc.

Just curious whether those who've made the switch are satisfied.
