Other: wheels

The mods on this list I see as no big deal.

Mine had all those things from the factory, and they look pretty damn good to me. I vote to add 'chrome to the wheels'. Even the stock wheels look great when chromed.

aesthetically? hmm. Some things I want to do to enhance my IS350 AESTHETICALLY-- A tasteful drop in ride height via coilovers or sport springs. Bigger, wider, yet not too flashy wheels. 23 piece carbon fiber interior replacement kit. Functional front and rear sway bars. OEM rear spoiler, TRC front lip, TOM's side skirts and rear bumper. POLARG yellow fog lights (9006), 6000k D4S HID bulbs, 35% tint all around. Dual HKS exhaust, ARC Airbox. VDIM cutoff switch retrofit. 1- 12in JL W6 Sub.

I think all of those components together will definitely make the IS350 more
"aesthetically" pleasing as a whole

If it's just one mod, wheels for sure.

If you lower it, only car people can tell, but if you put wheels, anyone can tell.

Plus wheels make the biggest impact, it gives your car the "personal touch" to say "Yea, that's my car."

Other: OEM front lip, rear spoiler

Changing the muffler tips made a noticeable difference in the appearance of the backend...and it only cost $90 bucks.

Muffler tip, stock is boring. I think everything else is very good and absolutely gorgeous, at least the stuff on your list.

You should have smaller side mirrors, that's the only other thing that bothers me.

A new set of rims will make the biggest impact.
