A bad shock could cause a problem like this if it is binding up.
Yes it could but there was no mention of any difference in ride quality. If a shock is binding to the point it's actually causing a difference in height, any driver would notice it.
Mine sits a little lower on the left as well. I though it was my fat a** that was causing the lean. I told my SA and he said everyting was in line. No problems....
