A day has gone and my first mod already started. Got the car sat. and today got 6000K XENON HID KIT installed, replaced fog lights with YELLOW bulbs 9006 and replaced the mini bulb to match the HIDs.

Wow looks great! Im assuming mini bulbs are DRLS and if so, which kind did you get? Yours does not seem as blue as the LED ones that alot of peolpe on the forum got. 6000K seems like the perfect color!

 

Nice mod. How much were they and where did you get them installed? Was it in the SCV?

 

DRLs are same just changed mini bulbs to B1 hybrid visual style.

 

Those 6000k HID looks good, hopefully I'll get mine done soon too.

Does aftermarket HID installation involve taking out the front bumper? Or you just do everything by opening the hood and work behind the headlights?

No need to take front bumper off. Everything is done by just opening the hood.

That looks great. Do you notice any difference in your visibility range at night time?

 

What engine cover is that? Is that the one that came with your 250, is it from a GS?

I'm assuming that the lights were not HID's Before the mod correct?
Or were you just upgrading to 6000k's?
