Question Removal?

Is it possible to remove the rear center fold down console in the back seat? and if so can any one explain how....

I have a 12" sub facing the center and I have a child seat right in the center so if I remove it, the restriction from the center rear fold down will be gone and the bass will go through freely. the car seat blocks the opening but it will not block the sound. note: don't worry I won't turn it up with my kid in the car.
