At the time of purchase I just got the leather fob cases and a key chain. A week later I got a gift box with a cd, chocalates, cookies, tea, coffee, candy, and two mugs.

I got a loaf of fruit bread on a wooden pedistal.
Seriously.
The bread was actually pretty good. The pedistal thing is now used to hold my keys and loose change and my wallet and stuff when I come inside.

Lexus Test Driver
I was given
1 all-weather floor mats,
2. a cargo net (still waiting for the one that is designed for 2nd gen IS to come out from Lexus Canada, not for the first IS!),
3. a touch-up pen,
4. two Lexus keychains (standard from this dealership),
5. a discount coupon book for restaurants and other shops (standard from this dealership).
Then a week later,
6. a wine in a wooden box was sent by courier to my home.

I just can't allow myself to put clear mats over carpet mats....it's sort of like putting plastic runners over the carpet and furniture in your house.
I'd rather just buy new floor mats every couple of years if they get bad. YMMV.
