Nothing at the time of sale but the salesman offered to pick up and drop off my car for routine service and any warranty repairs. And, they did for the seat belt recall (which I combined with the 5k oil and filter change). Frankly, I would rather have the free pickup and dropoff since getting away from my office is difficult to do. And, they leave a loaner Lexus just in case I would need to go somewhere (or the car was not done by the time promised which has not happened).

I didnt get any free stuff with the car.

But I did get <invoice so I gave the Sales Manager, Service Manager & Parts Manager a $60 basket of local snacks. I was introduced to all of them, got their cards, even drank a few beers with the Service & Parts Managers. Cool guys!!

A $100 mall gift certificate for the Saleslady who basically just took us for the roadtest and went over the papers.

2) a box of custom JM Lexus chocolates
3) a chrome license plate frame (and now I give them free advertising )
4) 2 of those leather key fob cases
5) the shaft on my loan

When I purchased my car, I received a couple of travel mugs, a neat umbrella, keychain, travel bag, all weather mats, and the clear mats as well and a discount for clearbra. Not too shabby

Prior to getting the car, I heard from other people that they've gotten free gifts when buying a Lexus so I mentioned that to the salesman. He then told me that he'll "try to come up with something." So after delivery of my car, I called him on what he previously told me and he gave me the gift cert.

I've heard that they won't give you anything if you don't ask. Besides, the worst thing they can tell you is that they don't have anything so give it a try.
