Default thoughts, opinions

I posted this in another thread but I wanted to get everyones opinion, so I started a new thread garunteeing people would read it.

Do you guys think on the O7 the VDIM button will totaly disable all the little nannies ( like the pedal jig) or that it will keep one or two nannies just incase. Therfore making the 06 highly sought after??

The pedal jig is intended for running the car on a dyno. I'd expect the '07 would also need to provide a mode where the car could be safely dyno'd. If the dash switch doesn't do the trick, they'll probably still support the pedal jig.

I'm not sure where i read it...but i believe that the vdim needs to be disabled for diagnostic purposes such as smog checks... However, someone should confirm this.
