Wht color is your interior? That also determines how dark you tints can appear. I have sandy beige interior so my front tints look 35 =)

I thought Texas has pretty lenient tint laws. Just checked it up and its 25% for side windows and any for rear. But I bet you could go darker and cops wouldn't notice.

You would have to get the rear window tinted or it would look pretty weird. Search up the the tint thread which has tons of examples of CL member's cars. You will get a good sense of what you want after that.

i have 35% all around on my SGM with the light grey interior and doesn't look as dark because of that. But at night its dark and during the day its still nice looking.

OOOO, thanks 2009is350, that means i would be good to go with any tint 35% or below. hahaha Gotta try to keep it legal though....Thanks svntwosix for letting me know what the deal was with the whole LEGAL situation. Im just gonna go with 25% in the front and 20% in the rear and back. Sound like a good plan???

Good luck. 35% would be a good percentage to go with since you have black interior.

^I would say yes because you have black interior. I've never been a fan of having lighter tints in the front than rear...make it match =)

haha we cant make the decision or you. 35% is a very light tint, but still verynoticible. If you want darker go to like 25-20%. Doesn't look bad either. Its all preference. Here in cali tinted windows are illegal. Always dropping my windows when i see cops, and i got the lightest shade too!

Haha, Josh I got pulled over like 3 days after my speeding incident for tints and my drls but the cop let me go since my bday was the exact next day =)

hahaha, yeah I pretty much figured that one out Josh. its just that I have done things with my car prior to being a member of CL that I shouldnt have, and I am trying to get the best "look" possible without any major mistakes eg.(Konig Lace rims) hahaha, but i will just go with 25% in the front and 20% in the rear and back. Thanks for all the input guys I really appreciate it.
