19 w/ IS350 almost 20!

 

I'm 23. I'll be getting a 2007 GS 350 AWD and a 2007 IS 350 this fall.

 

30, turning 31 in September.

man, you young-ens are pretty lucky to get this car at age 19-25. If you bought it with your own $$, all power to you. If you got it from your parents, make sure you thank them! it's a nice gift.
But then, I got my 95 M3 when I was 21 so i shouldn't be complaining.

 

The wifie and I also got rid of a 3 series in favor of the IS. We are in the 36 - 45 LEX 350 range.
No looking back here either.

 

24..gonna be 25 in July. Sold a 350z for this bad boy IS350

 

will be 24 by the time i get my IS

 

22.. picked up my IS 350 last week.. it's an amazing car!

 

The youngsters are killing the 350 vote count!.....I thought as well!

 

Where are all the "I refuse to answer this because I'm too old" people? Must be driving the ES's and LS's LOL

Part of why everyone answering the poll is so young is not because the IS attracts young people, but because internet discussions groups attract young people. According to Lexus, the average ago of an IS buyer is 39, whereas the average age based on the poll would be mid- to late-20s. 39 is still young - the average of a Lexus buyer overall is 59.

BTW I'm 26, got the car for myself for my 26th bday last November. Happy birthday to me.

EDIT: Just realized another difference, 39 is the average age for the BUYER, but the poll here is the average age for the DRIVER. So we're going to get a younger number because the people driving are often younger than the people buying - ie anyone whose daddy/rich uncle/sugar momma etc bought it for them.

 

There are more 19 and 20 yr olds than I thought there would be. Glad to see Im not alone.

 

i think this is due to the fact that there are probably a lot more 20-30 y/o's on this board and the internet in general. i could be wrong tho...
