legally you have to be 18 to own the actual car, so in reality its their parents and hes just driving it. thats my guess, also i doubt many 15, 16, or 17 year olds have good credit haha

not really i had credit since i was 15 because my parents put me on their credit card so i can gain credit my credit line now jumped from 200-15,000 now and only 18 plus you are talking legality and if their parents bought it for them means that its theirs anyways
