I've been saving up for a IS350 and the money I've saved so far has been burning a whole in my pocket. My plan now is to wait until Lexus announces prices and opptions on the 07's. I see they've recently announced prices on the 07 ES350. The dealers have had it so good for so long and my expectation is it will change from a sellers market to a buyers market when the announcement comes. Anyhow I'm curious as to what you think dealers will do get rid of the 06's - when can we expect the announcement and how much do you think they'll lower their prices. I'm new to the brand and I'm not familiar with their trends. Thanks.

 

As far as the '06 prices going down, I imagine it will be a dealer by dealer thing. There are still few ISx50's on lots so, the price may not drop as much as say when Nissan releases the new Sentra (as an example). They may be willing to deal a bit more, but AFAIK it is still a sellers market. Also the '06's that are left will not have a lot of the popular packages installed (nav, ml, sport, etc) so your search may be harder for your exact specifications. You may be better off ordering the '07 and hoping it is in the first allocation at your dealer.
