How do I remove lower honeycomb grille?

How do I remove lower honeycomb grille?
Does it snap out somehow? Need to remove it to attach my new licence plate bracket. I've tried searching, but couldn't find any info on this.

It's best to remove the front bumper to do this. It is fastened to the front bumper with clips and bolts...if I recall correctly.

I'm not replacing it - I want to remove it so I can attach a licence plate bracket that needs to clasp onto it. It's one of those no-drill deals...
