Default Driver's Side Mirror gremlin

Hey everyone. Just wondering if it's just my car or not. I love the keyless entry and use it often. I just touch the inside of the driver's side doorhandle to unlock it. The thing that I noticed is "As the car unlocks, I can hear and see the driver's side mirror move and adjust a little bit." I've made it a point to not move the mirror (prior to turning off the car and locking it). Has anyone noticed this? I programmed my key fob to recall the last memory seat position. The second thing I tried was pushing the memory 1 postion (just in case). The mirror does this if the car has been locked and sits for a few minutes. Sorry for rambling. Maybe it's one of those 1st year electronic gremlins?

Even if you are siting in the driver's seat and press the button on the door to recall the positioin that everything is already at, the mirror does what you described. I think it is just checking everything to make sure it is right.

I hope that's the case. I think it might have to do with whether the reverse tilt down was used or not. I"ll have to test my hypothesis. LOL. If anyone can confirm I'm not crazy please let me know
