that's such a disappointment from wald.... i have loved most of their stuff so far, including all the gs, sc430, and ls setup. but this one is just horrible....

from the weird body kits lines to the hideous fenders, and also the completely unmatched wheels....

shame, imho

that is a perfect kit.. those fenders are completely original...

 

this picture is a computer graphic rendering. a pure 'concept'.

WALD does this with many cars. Some that never came to fruition included the Mercedes R171 SLK and the Infiniti G35 coupe.....

so....depending on the owner's mood...they may completely come out with something different (let's hope so)...or they may not make a kit at all (which is what sources from Japan tell us now).

CG images just create excitement...but it's such a let down when nothing ever comes into production.

I love it, but then again, I loved the ING+1 concept as well. Hopefully it won't be a completely different look when it actualy does get made.

Yeah, I don't see the IS as VIP material. A kit that comes close to VIP does not flow with the car. Any kit for the IS should be sport based imo.
