i lost my owners manual shortly after the purchase of my is 250. I ordered a new one form lexus's website. What does this check system light mean exactly. It came on while I hit tire pressure select on the cars onboard computer. Do i have a inapropriate amount of air in the tires ? or is the light trying to convey something else?

You may have changed the computer to try and find a second set of tire pressure moniters as the IS is able to have sets of tires programed. I would check to make sure you have it set for the 1st set of tires. I did the same thing when I first got my car. I would also double check your tire pressure.

 

I have the same problem with my car. It just came up all of a sudden while I was driving. How do I make it go away? Do I have to bring it to the dealer to check it out? I looked in the manual and it just said to bring it to the dealer so they can check it out. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
