god i hate motortrend...they dont review cars, they regurgitate stats that you can get from the manufacturer's website

 

Agreed. Their TV show on Speed is so much regurgitated crap, it's not worth watching in the least. And then there's Test Drive (w/ Tommy Kendall). Great driver, but it's such a horrible plug for the people paying their bills it's not even funny.

You really need a source that doesn't make it's money from the same people who's products they're reviewing... which is why shows like Fifth Gear and Top Gear (BBC) are worlds beyond anything offered in the States.
