16+ K since May.... no issues here. Tire wear is good, brake pads are still at 90%. Almost all of my miles are highway.
Only small thing that has been nagging is condensation in passenger headlight after rain. I installed HIDs, so it's possible it had something to do with me, but I doubt it. Anyway, no other issues.

I also installed after market HID's and had a problem with condensation. Someone in another post said he took the cover off the light housing and that solved the problem. I did this and haven't had a problem yet with condensation.

7 months old and 24,300 highway miles. Dash has the creak/pop noise every so often. Not sure whether to live with it or have Lexus take apart the dash and maybe create more noises. Everything else has been trouble free. The manual transmission sucks, but it works fine.

Bought her August 21, 2006 (Six months ago) and Im sitting at 26,000miles. I have the creaking in the dash and rattling in the rear speakers (its not the bass) I plan on getting it resolved next service date, overall its one of the finest cars I have driven to date.

7750 miles 11 months
Up to 7750, everything is cool, well actually its cold, 15 degrees and falling.
I had the rear shocks replaced.(warrenty) They crapped out at about 6k.
Tires good. complementary space between the center vents and dash material.
I use it as a letter holder on the way to the post office, when I pay bills.
Other than that the car is great

Almost 7 months. 19.2k today. Lots of highway. Tires still excellent, brakes still excellent. No serious issues.

How did I notice?
The rear started hitting the bump stops and bottomed out several times on familiar roads that it had previously had no issues with. Hadn't had anyone in the back seats. Hadn't hauled anything heavy(case of Yuengling). It was easy to recreate for the dealer, they had a dip in the road right outside their shop. They didn't argue and agreed. They send the bad shocks to Lexus headquarters, in CA, I believe, at least that's what they told me. They were bad, You could move them in and out with little pressure. They didn't leave no oil, so it had to be an internal failure. Its good now.

13k almost 11months... bad alignment and replaced all 4 tires @ 2k (car was with the dealership for 3 weeks), noise from the handle above driver side's door (replaced), noise from the center console (replaced)... all these were done under warranty so i didn't have to pay for any of it. New noises are now starting to come up from a few places so i'll wait till my next service to have them check out and fix. Overall, awesome car and dealership (longo) is super helpful and nice.

I just took my IS350 in for its 25k mile service at a Toyota dealership which cost me $63! The car has been great; no complaints whatsoever. The tech said my brakes were 6.5mm up front and 7.0mm in the rear, so I have plenty to go! His only advice was to change the engine air filter and ac cabin filter at the 30k mile mark. The OEM tires have probably 10k miles to go before needing replacement.
