Default Warning Triangles and other oddities??

My manual says I have a warning triangle storage belt, which I do, but no warning triangles. Are these just a Euro/Canadian feature?
Also, It shows straps holding down my first aid kit. I have no straps but, velcro on the back of the kit but ,no where to velcro it to.
And another thing .... I just realized I have no idea where the key to my wheel locks is....hmmmm????

Food for thought ??

They're just showing you the triangle holder and strap locations. It's up to you to provide your own.

The wheel lock is in the toolkit. You did get a toolkit, didn't you?

I have the same questons on items one and two. You can stick the first aid kit to the side carpet in the trunk..My wheel key is with the tool kit. I double checked to make sure it was the right one..which it was

By toolkit to do you mean the lug wrench or is there a BMW/MB type toolkit with actual tools.
I haven't looked into the lug pouch yet.
